We want you to feel as confident in our apparel as you do in nature, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. If your fit isn't hive-ready, we'll make it right with a seamless return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our hive, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
